The buyer completes a puppy application so we can learn more about their home, lifestyle, and expectations.

Review and conversation

We review the application and may follow up with additional questions or a phone conversation to ensure a good fit.

Approval and reservation

If approved, the buyer may place a deposit to reserve their chosen puppy.

Puppy updates and growth period

Families receive updates, photos, and milestones as the puppies grow and develop.

Final preparation

As pickup day approaches, we provide health records, care instructions, and anything needed for a smooth transition.

Go-home day

The puppy goes home with their new family, along with a starter pack and full guidance for their first days of adjustment.

Ongoing support

We remain available for questions, updates, and support throughout the dog’s life.
